CLAIMING CROWN BROADCAST LIVE FROM GULFSTREAM PARK SATURDAY ON HRRN
Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, Kentucky and official radio home of the Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup World Championships, announced Thursday, they will broadcast the 20th Claiming Crown live this Saturday, December 1.
Presented by Red Brand Fence, the broadcast emanating from Gulfstream Park, in Hallandale Beach, Florida, begins at 3:30 PM ET with the Claiming Crown Glass Slipper Stakes followed by the Claiming Crown Canterbury Stakes, the Claiming Crown Emerald Stakes and the Claiming Crown Jewel completing the late pick four sequence. Jude Feld will be joined by trainer Chuck Simon on the coverage, with track announcer Pete Aiello providing the race calls. The broadcast airs throughout North America on Sirius219/XM201, and will be streamed live on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net.
HRRN’s Claiming Crown coverage kicks off early Saturday morning at 8:00 ET with their popular Equine Forum show. Gulfstream Park General Manager Billy Badgett, newly retired Hall of Fame jockey Gary Stevens and Leroy Gessman, the President and Chairman of the National HBPA, are among the guests scheduled to join Feld and special guest host Mark Otto, from Red Brand Fence, on Sirius219/XM201 and streaming live on the HRRN website.
