JIM MCKAY MARYLAND MILLION TO BE BROADCAST LIVE ON HRRN SATURDAY


Coverage presented by Country Life Farm airs nationwide on SiriusXM

 

Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY and official radio home of the Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup World Championships, will broadcast live from Laurel Park in Laurel, Maryland this Saturday with on-site coverage of the 33rd Jim McKay Maryland Million Day.

 

The network’s 2-hour broadcast, presented by Country Life Farm, airs from 4-6 p.m. ET on SiriusXM 93 and includes coverage of three stakes races on the Maryland Million Day program; the $100,000 Maryland Million Lassie, $125,000 Maryland Million Turf and $150,000 Maryland Million Classic with a scheduled post time of 5:37 p.m. ET.  HRRN’s Mike Penna will anchor the coverage alongside analysts Anthony Stabile and Dan Mason with Laurel track announcer Dave Rodman will provide the call of each race.  The broadcast is also available via live streaming provided on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net.

 

Listeners can tune in to a preview of the day’s stakes races Saturday morning from 8:00-10:00 a.m. ET on HRRN’s Equine Forum Show presented by Woodbine Entertainment.  Penna and Stabile will host the Equine Forum live from Country Life Farm in Fallston, Maryland.  The show can be heard nationwide on Sirius 219/XM 201.   Listeners unable to make it to a radio can tune in to the show worldwide on computers and mobile devices via live streaming provided on the network’s website, www.horseracingradio.net.
