HRRN PROGRAMMING CONTINUES AS SCHEDULED ON SIRIUS 219/XM 201 AND HORSERACINGRADIO.NET

Saturday Equine Forum Also Aired on Affiliates in Lexington & Louisville, KY

In a statement released Wednesday by Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN) President Mike Penna, the network announced all programming will continue as scheduled.

“During these challenging times with so many people around the world affected by COVID-19, I want to extend my well wishes to all our listeners, sponsors and everyone within our HRRN family and beyond,” said Penna.

“With so many of us forced to adjust the way we approach our everyday lives, I want to let you know that the HRRN shows you enjoy every week throughout the year will continue as scheduled with special guests and exclusive content taking you inside the world of thoroughbred racing.

We will do this in a responsible fashion practicing appropriate social distancing as recommended by world health officials.

As always, you can listen across North America on Sirius 219/XM 201.  You can also view our full show schedule, listen to podcasts of your favorite shows and live stream all our programming on our HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net.

In a time when the world is battling an unprecedented health pandemic, horse racing and sports can often seem to be far from the most important thing in many of our lives.  With that said, I hope our programming can be an outlet to provide a little light and joy in the lives of racing fans around the world.

I hope you’ll tune in and join us as we continue to celebrate and explore the history, tradition and current events associated with the sport we all love.

From our family to yours, please be safe, healthy and enjoy our coverage of the Sport of Kings on the Horse Racing Radio Network.”
