HRRN BREEDERS’ CUP COVERAGE BEGINS TUESDAY LIVE FROM DEL MAR
 
Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY and official radio home of the 2017 Triple Crown and Breeders’ Cup World Championships, begins more than 19 hours of live Breeders’ Cup programming Tuesday morning from Del Mar Thoroughbred Club in Del Mar, California. HRRN’s coverage culminates Friday, November 3 and Saturday November 4 with their exclusive coverage of all 13 exciting Breeders’ Cup races for the eleventh consecutive year. HRRN’s Breeders’ Cup week coverage begins Tuesday morning with the first of three Breeders’ Cup Countdown shows hosted live from Del Mar.
 
The Breeders’ Cup Countdown, presented by Lexington, KY area Jimmy John’s, can be heard each morning Tuesday through Thursday from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. ET. Each show features interviews with jockeys, trainers, owners, handicappers, and various industry professionals as well as real time workout reports and updates as Breeders’ Cup contenders appear on the track. On Friday and Saturday, HRRN returns with live coverage of every Breeders’ Cup race presented by visitbarbados.org.
 
The broadcasts can be heard on Sirius 219/XM 206, with Friday’s show airing from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. ET and Saturday’s coverage airing from 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. ET. In addition, each broadcast will be carried on select HRRN affiliates across the country and streamed worldwide on both the HRRN and Breeders’ Cup websites at www.horseracingradio.net and www.breederscup.com. Streaming is available on computers, smart phones and mobile devices. HRRN President, Mike Penna will anchor the Breeders’ Cup week coverage alongside analysts Jude Feld, Jeff Bloom and Dan Mason. Joe Clancy will provide paddock commentary and interviews. NBC’s Larry Collmus will have the live call of each Breeders’ Cup race. Additional Breeders’ Cup week programming on HRRN includes Xpressbet Radio on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon from 3:00-6:00 p.m. ET, Jock Talk presented by Tito’s Handmade Vodka on Tuesday,Trainer Talk presented by Fasig-Tipton on Wednesday and the Brisnet.com Call In Show on Thursday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. ET. Friday’s NYRA BETS Weekend Stakes Preview will air at a special time before the races from 3:00-4:30 ET.
