HRRN’s ROAD TO THE BREEDERS’ CUP STOPS AT KEENELAND FOR LIVE COVERAGE OF FALL STARS WEEKEND
Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the exclusive radio network of the Breeders’ Cup World Championships, continues their Road to the Breeders’ Cup series this Friday with live coverage of Keeneland’s Fall Stars Weekend.
HRRN will be on-site at the Lexington, KY race course with coverage of seven “Win and You’re In” Breeders’ Cup Challenge events beginning Friday afternoon with the Grade 1 Darley Alcibiades and Grade 3 Stoll Keenon Ogden Phoenix from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. ET.
The network returns Saturday morning with a special edition of their popular weekly talk show, the Equine Forum from 8-10 a.m. ET followed by the live broadcast of three Grade 1 stakes, the First Lady, Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity and Shadwell Turf Mile as well as the Grade 2 Thoroughbred Club of America beginning at 4:00 p.m. ET.
On Sunday, HRRN presents the Grade 1 Juddmonte Spinster and Grade 3 Dixiana Bourbon from
5:00 – 6:00 p.m. ET.
The broadcasts will air throughout North America on Sirius 92 and XM 92 as well as on select terrestrial affiliates including locally in the Lexington market on HANK 96.1 FM. Live streaming of all broadcasts is provided on the HRRN website, www.horseracingradio.net and can be accessed on smart phones and tablets by visit the HRRN site. HRRN President Mike Penna will anchor the coverage along with nationally syndicated handicapper Ellis Starr and jockey Kristina McManigell.
