TRAVERS STAKES LIVE ON HRRN
Coverage to include King’s Bishop (G1), Ballerina (G1), and Ballston Spa (G2)
The Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN) announced Wednesday, it will provide live coverage of the Grade 1 Travers Stakes this Saturday from Saratoga Race Course. HRRN’s two hour coverage of the 140th “Mid-Summer Derby” begins at 4:00 ET, and will include three graded stakes on the undercard, the King’s Bishop (G1), Ballerina (G1), and Ballston Spa (G2). Mike Penna and Pete Kules will anchor the HRRN broadcast with Sean Clancy providing paddock commentary.
Fans can tune-in on various HRRN affiliates, as well as online with free live streaming provided on the HRRN website.
In addition to the race coverage, Penna and Kules will also host a special Travers Stakes edition of HRRN’s popular morning talk show, the Equine Forum, live from Saratoga on Saturday morning. The Equine Forum airs from 8-10 a.m. ET and can be heard on WLXO 96.1 FM in Lexington, KY, as well as worldwide with free live streaming on the HRRN site.
