Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY and Breeders’ Cup announced Tuesday, they have partnered to create a series of broadcasts showcasing thirty six Breeders’ Cup Challenge races.
