After starting at the Hollywood Citizen News, he also worked for the old Los Angeles Examiner and covered seven Kentucky Derbies for that paper. Network plans nearly 30 hours of Triple Crown coverage
Horse Racing Radio Network (HRRN), the Eclipse Award-winning broadcast organization based in Lexington, KY, announced Tuesday they will launch 16 hours of live on-site Kentucky Derby coverage from Churchill Downs beginning Wednesday with the return of the network’s popular Derby Countdown show, all leading up to HRRN’s exclusive national broadcast of the 138th Kentucky Derby on Saturday, May 5th.
